Inovalon announces new Preferred Data Partner Program with HealthVerity to advance real-world evidence in healthcare research

Inovalon launches new Preferred Data Partner Program with HealthVerity as first partner for collaboration on expanding real-world data access for research to advance real-world evidence in health care. 

Inovalon, a provider of cloud-based software solutions empowering data-driven healthcare, has launched a new Preferred Data Partner Program and named HealthVerity, a leader in real-world data (RWD) synchronization, as its first partner under the venture. The combination of the HealthVerity RWD ecosystem and transformational technologies with Inovalon’s vast primary source healthcare dataset has the potential to extend research and drive real-world evidence (RWE) generation to advance science and health care.

Inovalon’s primary source de-identified dataset features real-time access across more than 40,000 data sources, enabled through the national-scale connectivity of the Inovalon ONE Platform. This has so far resulted in a data lake of more than 79 billion medical and pharmacy events across 1 million physicians, 654,000 clinical settings and 375 million unique patients. 

Secure access to select elements of the Inovalon RWD reservoir through the new Preferred Data Partner Program will enable organizations to extend their research beyond otherwise available data, facilitating analyses that require deeper, more comprehensive, up-to-date and accurate longitudinally matched data.
