New observational study compares the effectiveness of the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID vaccine third doses

A new research article published in Nature Microbiology using electronic health records of US veterans has found that, in comparison with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, a third dose of the Moderna vaccine was more effective in preventing infection, symptomatic COVID-19, hospitalization, and death.
