The partnership between Holmusk and Streamline Healthcare Solutions will see the introduction of Holmusk’s MaST software platform into the US market through deployment of the tool by Mental Health Partners in Colorado.

The behavioral health data analytics company Holmusk has announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with Streamline Healthcare Solutions to help healthcare professionals within the Mental Health Partners behavioral health clinic network, using real-world data (RWD) predictive analytics in clinical decision making. Currently, Colorado-based Mental Health Partners uses Streamline’s SmartCare Behavioral Health EHR cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) solution. With Holmusk’s Management and Supervision Tool (MaST) offered through the Streamline collaboration, Mental Health Partners will immediately gain access to broader data insights provided by the tool.

MaST is an advanced software platform leveraging predictive analytics to assist healthcare professionals in making informed decisions towards prioritizing individuals susceptible to mental health crises. This tool swiftly discerns clinically significant information from EHRs to aid in clinical decision making and improve patient outcomes. MaST is already in use in the UK in eight NHS Foundation Trusts, and has resulted in significant cost savings and a decrease in mental health crises, fewer inpatient hospital admissions, and shorter hospital stays.

Nawal Roy, Founder and CEO of Holmusk explained, “We have seen how valuable this tool has been for health systems in the UK and we are excited to see similar results for our US partners.” He continued, “We look forward to the continued partnership with Streamline Healthcare Solutions, and the new collaboration with Mental Health Partners as we expand MaST’s presence in the US.”

Jamil Husain, Chief Operating Officer of Streamline welcomed the collaboration between Holmusk and Mental Health Partners, commenting on the strategic value of delivering MaST through the SmartCare Behavioral Health EHR solution, “to build innovative technology solutions that empower people to improve the quality of life for those in need.” Similarly, Dixie Casford, co-CEO of Mental Health Partners, also acknowledged the benefits of enabling the network to advance their “mission to deliver the best possible care to our patients.”
